What about my discount from the old store?

If you had a special discount in the old store, no worries. We have all our discount customers on file. But it would still be nice of you to remind us of your discount in the ”Any comments?” section on the order.

1. To get your discount if you pay via ”Pre-pay (Swedish Giro or Money Transfer)”:
   You will get a reply immediately by email, telling you what to pay after the discount. Then you pay.
2. To get your discount if you pay via ”PayPal”:
   You first pay the full amount, then we send the discount back to you through PayPal, with a note.

Can I pay against an invoice?

There are several methods available for payment, but all are payments in advance.

If you pay by Pre-pay (Swedish giro/Money Transfer) you get an invoice in an email automatically. If you pay by PayPal/Credit Card, and would like an invoice, you can get that, too, afterwards. Please indicate in the ”Any comment?” field in the ordering process that you would like an invoice.

For environmental and economic reasons, we only send electronic/printable invoices.

Why not invoice?

Answer: We would not be able to protect ourselves from fraudsters. If we would ship first, against an invoice, many would unfortunately abuse this and never pay. The only way for us, is to build trust between us as a store and customers – and ship after payment. We have a very good reputation since 2006, and always ship immediately after payment. Currency questions

I want to pay in my country’s currency via Bankgiro/Money transfer

Use a suitable currency converter (on the web or in an app you already have) to calculate what the amount in Swedish krona SEK is equivalent to in your currency.

Currency conversion is not a big deal, the main issue is that the amount is approximately the same when we see the order and calculate it ourselves. We ship even if there is a small difference, and we trust you.

I want to pay in my country’s currency via PayPal

PayPal has many and varied ways to show the currency, depending on where you live, if you have a PayPal account, etc. Usually the order is shown in Swedish krona SEK, and you can then use a suitable currency converter (on the web or in an app you already have) to calculate what the amount in Swedish krona SEK is equivalent to in your currency.

Paypal does not work

• PayPal wants you to get a PayPal account, but that is not necessary.
• When you pay through PayPal for the first time, you are asked about your physical address. It is not necessary to fill that in – PayPal then wants to ”verify” your address and that usually does not work, or take a very long time. Also, it is not necessary.
• PayPal does not accept so called e-cards (a special electronic card number that the bank issues for one purchase). PayPal only works with physical plastic cards. The only way to pay with credit card/PayPal is therefore only possible with a real plastic credit card.
• The alternative is to pay through Swedish giro (Bankgiro) or Money Transfer. If you fail paying through PayPal, you can go back to the store and choose ”Pre-pay (Swedish Giro or Money Transfer)” instead.

Can you ship to a friend?

If you want to have products send to a friend, but pay yourself – no problem!

Place an order as usual, but when you see Delivery information, write your email address, and your friend's physical address. Then, you pay, but we send to your friend's address – easy as pie to send gifts to someone!

Also, if you wish for us to put a greeting in the package to your friend, add this information in ”Any comments?” on the order, and we will do that.

I don't want to write my phone-number

When you place an order, you do not need to enter your phone-number.

Can you take money from my credit-card?

No!

If you choose to pay for an order with your credit card, we cannot ”take money” from your credit-card. No information about your credit card is stored with us at all, the payment takes place between yourself and the card handler PayPal only.

So, you are safe to make you orders.

How quickly do you ship?

We always ship as soon as we have seen the payment.

We see the money transfer to our Bank quite late on weekdays – so we ship the following weekday.

We see the payment from PayPal/Credit card immediately, so we pack directly, and ship the same day, or the following weekday. Example: If the payment is made at 13.00 a weekday, it is shipped at 14.00 the same weekday. Otherwise, the following weekday.

If we see payment on a week-end/holiday, we ship the following weekday.

I want to order by phone

If you'd rather order by phone, that's ok.

We don't have our phone number listed on our website, to prevent ”prank calls”, but contact us and tell us you want to place a phone order, add your phone number, and we'll call you!

Then we place an order for you, and everything works as usual.

About our packaging

We try our best to see to it that our packaging first and foremost:

• Is produced environmentally friendly.
• Can be re-used or burned in the home, alternatively put in the garbage for subsequent incineration.
• Don't take up or contain too much space.
• Contain as little ”print” as possible, as printed packaging often contain environmentally harmful colors and materials.

Then, we try to have them be:

• esthetically pleasing
• minimalistically and practically designed

When we ship the products, we try to think in the same manner; as environmentally safe and as minimal as possible, although not in a way that the procucts be harmed along the way. We often re-use larger packaging or boxes when shipping the products – so don't be surpised if you see, say, Stevia packaged in a box that previously contained christmas-lights!
